Airport Road is the political divide between Watertown Charter Township and DeWitt Charter Township. Watertown Township does have a line that runs along Airport Rd in front of your property. A connection was installed to the property at the time of installation.

DeWitt Township and Watertown Township have agreements allowing cross connection into each other's sewer lines. You would need to contact DeWitt Township and Watertown Township. Permit fees are established by the townships, so you would need to contact them to find out the permit cost.
