A Buyer's Premium of 10% is added to the high bid. Please take this into consideration when bidding. Bid price + buyer premium = sale price.

All sales are final. No refunds. All bidders are responsible for reading all terms and conditions carefully. Lack of knowledge of Auction Terms and Conditions will not release bidders from their obligations. Sheridan Realty & Auction Co reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or bidders.

Sheridan Realty & Auction Co has put forth every effort to present accurate descriptions of the items. The staff of Sheridan Realty & Auction Co has no personal knowledge of the condition of the individual vehicles, and no such information will be given to any prospective bidder beyond the information in written descriptions. You are responsible for your own inspection of airplanes prior to the point of purchase, during specified inspection times.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with No Guarantees or Warrantees of any kind.
No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or imperfections not noted.

This auction features extended bidding! Any lot with a bid within five minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open. Each time a new bid is placed the auction will remain open for an additional five minutes. When no bids have been placed for five full minutes, the auction will then close. When bidding, you must refresh your screen often to find out if you are still the leading bidder. To refresh your screen, click Â“RESET CATALOGÂ” or use the refresh button on your browser.

When you place a maximum bid, the current bid does not automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will be entered as the next highest increment and will increase as other bids are placed to keep you in the lead. The computer will automatically bid up to your max bid in the increments specified.
All final winning bids will be subject to seller acceptance or rejection.

When you place the winning bid, you will receive an invoice via email letting you know you have won the item. Upon receiving the email please call the Auction Company to schedule an appointment time to pick up your airplane.

Fees:
There will be a 10% buyer premium added to the final bid prices of all vehicles.

Full payment must be made at the time of pickup of the vehicle. Vehicles may not leave our location until they have been paid for and all necessary paperwork is completed and signed. Payment may be made by cash, cashierÂ’s check, money order, or direct wire transfer.

If you plan to drive the vehicle from our location, your must provide us with a current proof of insurance. You will be required to obtain insurance for the specific vehicle you purchased within 15 days of the auction. If you choose not to register your vehicle at the time of pickup (title only, no registration/plate) the vehicle must be trailered or towed from our location.

Sheridan Realty & Auction Co and/or consignors are NOT responsible for accidents or damage to airplanes after the items are sold.

Sheridan Realty & Auction Co reserves the right to revise The Terms and Conditions.
