A BuyerÂ’s Premium of 10% is added to the high bid. Please take this into consideration when placing bids.

All payments must be paid for in U.S. funds within 48 hours of the completion of sale. Payment will be made to Sheridan Realty & Auction Co. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or good personal checks are accepted. A 3% user fee will be charged for credit card purchases.

No item to be picked up until settled for.

Sale on all items is subject to seller approval. Auction company reserves the right to confirm the sale with the seller, and bid on behalf of the seller, if necessary.

Pick up: Pigs to be picked up at farm in New Lothrop, MI on April 4, 2014 to April 6, 2014. Call seller to schedule time or make other arrangements outside of these dates.

Health papers: Furnished upon request for each lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyerÂ’s expense. This will need to be scheduled in advance.

Registration Papers: Animals eligible for registration will have papers transferred to the new owner at the sellers expense and the buyers request. Please register for the auction exactly the way you want the papers to be transferred.

Max Bid Feature: Allows you to place a maximum bid on any lot for the duration of the sale. Your max bid will only be known by you and will allow the computer to bid on your behalf when other bids are placed on the given lot.
