"Mason Location" Real Estate Auction

This auction features "extend-all" closing.  Any bid placed within 5 minutes of any lot ending will automatically extend all lots for 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on any lots within the 5-minute time frame.
