This auction features staggered endings. Each lot with have its own end time with the exception of the grouped, like kind lots. For example, 3 lots per minute will close one lot every 20 seconds, 6 lots per minute will close one lot every 10 seconds. All lots will still have the 5 minute auto extend.

Please come inspect for yourself before bidding. Buyer is responsible for all removal. This is a large unit that will require a tele-handler for removal. This unit must be completely removed no later than August 1, 2024 NO EXCEPTIONS. If you can't make that happen do not bid. Buyer needs to have an insurance policy that holds Legacy Seed, DFS, and Sheridan Auction harmless.
